Midsouth now carries Lapua Ammunition 30-06 Springfield 170 Grain Naturalis Solid 20 Rounds. The Lapua NATURALIS lead-free projectile is now in its third generation. Its original concept and design was introduced in 2002. It boasts devastating terminal performance and virtually 100% weight retention for deep penetration resulting in a clean, lead-free harvest of even large big game such as elk or moose. The Naturalis, by design, begins to mushroom immediately upon impact. The expansion process begins with the bullet tip cavity which expands symmetrically and without fragmentation. This provides maximum energy transfer to the animal, minimizes the meat loss, and provides a quick and ethical kill.
