Description
The Ruger American® Rifle Generation II Predator in 6mm ARC combines a lightweight design with Ruger’s updated Generation II features, making it a versatile bolt-action rifle for hunting and field use.
The rifle features a 22″ medium-contour, cold hammer-forged barrel with deep spiral fluting. The fluting reduces weight toward the muzzle while maintaining barrel stiffness and helps improve the rifle’s overall balance. The barrel is finished in durable Burnt Bronze Cerakote, threaded 5/8″-24, and fitted with a factory-installed radial port muzzle brake.
The Green Splatter Gen II American stock provides a secure, comfortable grip while keeping the rifle lightweight. The length of pull can be adjusted from 12″ to 13.75″, and the removable low comb allows the stock to be configured for use with magnified or lower-mounted optics.
The rifle is equipped with Ruger’s Marksman Adjustable™ trigger, a three-position tang safety, stainless-steel three-lug bolt with a 70° throw and Power Bedding™ integral bedding block system. A factory-installed one-piece Picatinny scope base provides a solid mounting platform for an appropriate optic. Ruger’s current Generation II range includes dedicated Predator configurations alongside Standard, Ranch, Scout, Prairie and Patrol models.
